A family from Barcelona — a couple and two children — wanted to obtain passive residency together. Beyond the main €1,000,000 threshold, we calculated the additional mandatory €12,000 contribution per dependent (€24,000 total), arranged translations and apostilles for the children’s birth certificates, criminal-record checks for both parents, and family medical insurance. We also coordinated enrolling the children at an international school in Andorra as part of the file evidencing a genuine relocation.
